Job summaryThe Senior Security Product Manager is a leadership role responsible for providing security and product related vision and strategy for the NetApp portfolio of products. This role has a broad responsibility for capturing security requirements, identifying areas of improvement, and innovating new security solutions across the entire portfolio, but with a primary focus on our widely used and adopted ONTAP platform.

Job requirements

The role will span on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments, so knowledge of cloud and on-prem environments is vital.

A strong background and knowledge in security related technologies and eco-systems is critical.

The position will work closely with the BlueXP team, which is the unified control for intelligent data infrastructures.

The position may be responsible for direct management of other security product managers, interfacing with UI/UX and engineering counterparts to deliver delightful products to NetApp’s enterprise customers around the globe.

The role is expected to have 15-25% travel and will report to the Senior Director of Product Management for BlueXP.

EducationIC - Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience. Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience.

CompensationThe base salary range for this position is $209100 - $294000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
