Haverhill Cooperative Middle School is seeking to hire a Program Director for the Afterschool 21st Century Program. This is a full-time position for the 2024-2025 school year. The successful candidate will exhibit the following qualifications:Key Responsibilities
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with HCMS staff, students, parents, and community partners.Excellent organizational skills.Experience in program development and implementation.Experience in fundraising and sustainability efforts, including grant writing and grant reporting.Effective instructional leadership and direct service to students.Fiscal management skills.Understanding of best practices in the afterschool education field.Desire and ability to work with middle-school-age students.Program Components
Program components include after-school and summer opportunities for students.Compensation
