Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 20%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 20%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.
About This JobManage and provide daily oversight of the Portfolio Management team that is responsible for the Bank’s bridge, construction and CRE lender finance portfolio. Assist in all department functions, including, but not limited to, oversight and development of mid-level and junior staff, managing loan reviews, curating information for compliance and board reporting, and monitoring compliance with processes, policies, and concentration limits.
Responsibilities:
Establish department wide processes and policies, including working with project management and technology teams to implement any adjustments.
Develop and enhance portfolio management reports, tools, and systems.
Monitor the credit quality of the assigned portfolios with individualized and programmatic management and monitoring, react quickly and develop strategies for addressing changes in performance.
Ensure accurate and timely document and covenant tickler monitoring and testing, including use of dashboard reporting.
Manage the engagement and workflow of product level and department audits, including internal and regulatory audits.
Provide constructive feedback for modification/waiver memorandums and quarterly loan reviews prepared by analysts.
Collaborate with relationship management, underwriting, operations, servicing, and special assets teams to ensure strong client service and loan administration.
Lead a high performing organization by engaging associates, setting expectations, holding teams accountable and recognizing great work.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree.
10+ years of experience working in a financial institution.
5+ years in a CRE portfolio management role.
