Albany, Saratoga, Schenectady5 years of professional experience in sales and marketing, community relations or related fieldExcellent project management and organizational skills with deep experience and success prioritizing complex projectsAbility to work outside the normal workday to implement division and experiential marketing eventsDemonstrates ability to negotiate and build consensusCuriosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growthHumility to play as a teamCommitment to being the difference for our customers in every interactionYour key responsibilities:Identify, manage and nurture existing and new relationships with community-based organizations to maximize opportunities.Identify, negotiate, and execute community sponsorship opportunities that support sales strategies and key initiatives, growth targets and build strategic value for the organization within defined territory.Design programming for activation of partnerships and work cross departmentally to execute successfully.Keep abreast of regional nuances, requirements, and developments in the community and healthcare segments.Build and develop a positive relationship with the Sales teams across the assigned territory; maintain frequent communication to determine needs and most appropriate use of resources.Collaborate with MVP Health Care marketing partners to identify collateral and promotional asset needs, as well as provide field input and insights.Leverage and update and manage CRM (Dynamics) to track and report on lead generation outcomes. Contribute to Dynamics lead flow and process improvements over time.Plan, develop, coordinate, and conduct community events, including large, sponsored events, small community gatherings, MVP Health Care MEVs (Mobile Enrollment Vehicles)-centered outreach and MVP Health Care signature events across different lines of business.Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.Where you’ll be:Must reside in one of the three area's in New York:North Country: Warren, Essex, Franklin, WashingtonCapital District: Albany, Saratoga, SchenectadyPay Transparency:At MVP, we are committed to providing competitive employee compensation and benefits packages. The base pay range provided for this role reflects our good faith compensation estimate at the time of posting.
