Responsibilities
Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale Give potential home buyers the necessary information about their local housing market Follow the team plan Lead follow up Execute consultations CRM and database mastery Qualifications
Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Show a track record of real estate success Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends A real estate license is required or in the process of getting one Compensation
