The Coordinator to the Co-Head of the Talent Department for Color Creative primary responsibilities are in support of the talent department co-head, with secondary departmental tasks and duties that will support the overall operations of the organization. The ideal candidate for Coordinator to the Co-Head of the Talent Department role is someone who is organized, has excellent communication, great follow-through on assigned tasks, is tech-savvy and systems-oriented, agile, and can wear multiple hats in a fast-paced, ever-changing entertainment industry environment offering the ability to learn and grow.Responsibilities:

Administrative duties include but are not limited to rolling calls and maintaining a heavy phone sheet, note taking round producing projects, heavy scheduling, calendar management, travel arrangements and requirements for both co-head of talent and clients, and expense report processing.Serving as the first point of contact with clients, agents, and executives.Issuing appointments and tracking submissions, providing script coverage on an as-needed basis by reading and engaging with the materials proactively.Management of booking reports, ensuring client payments are correct and timely aligned with production schedule tracking.Organize and streamline systems and processes, assist with special projects, research, and compile information as needed.Evening and weekend email access and maintenance applicable to client and co-head of talent needs.Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a Coordinator, Jr. Assistant or Executive Assistant within a talent agency or talent management company.Great interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure; meet tight deadlines; manage multiple projects and expectations; and maintain a sharp focus while managing competing priorities.Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills are a must.Understanding of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and boundaries.Ability to confidently communicate and interact with employees at all levels.Successful experience in managing confidential and sensitive information possessing demonstrated political acumen and diplomacy skills.Adept at quickly learning new processes and familiarity with existing systems, technically savvy with a willingness to learn new technologies.Expected work hours: Mon-Thurs (Fri WFH) 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM (light weekend work on a case-by-case basis i.e., client needs).Benefits:
