The Healthcare Payments RM (Relationship Manager) is the strategic face of Elavon to the client, representing multiple Elavon business channels. This position is responsible for the overall management of a book of National Healthcare accounts, including maintenance, growth, increased profitability, strategic direction, overall client satisfaction and contract renewals. Consults with clients through data analysis, industry education, presentation of performance results and recommending action to improve performance. Develops solutions for problem accounts. The RM is the escalation point for both internal and external client issues. Is accountable for transitioning from pre-sale through the entire contract term and is evaluated based upon revenue growth, contract renewal, and overall customer satisfaction with Healthcare Payment Solutions and any other healthcare payments products as agreed to by the Healthcare Payment Solutions Group. Position requires a significant amount of travel.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degree, or equivalent work experienceEight to ten years of sales/relationship management experience in the healthcare/financial services industryAbility to travelPreferred Skills/ExperienceExtensive knowledge of both Healthcare customer needs and Elavon product offeringsAbility to consult with the customer's organization in order to provide direction involving specific product needsThorough understanding of how to review and analyze data to lead internal / external partners and provide solutionsDemonstrated sales and marketing skillsAbility to work independently and in teamsStrong organizational, interpersonal and verbal and written communication skillsLocationThe role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.Benefits:Our approach to benefits and total rewards considers our team members’ whole selves and what may be needed to thrive in and outside work.
