What You'll Do:Proactively cross-sell and upsell products and services to existing clients, identifying opportunities to expand relationships and increase revenue.Build and nurture strong executive relationships with key clients to drive engagement and position the company as a trusted partner.Mentor and coach other Account Managers to uplevel their approach, mindset, skillset, and other areas to flourish and excel in their rolePerform ad hoc tasks as requested by managementCompose thoughtful, personalized responses for a variety of customer requestsMake active contributions to help achieve team goals and successesManage input and feedback for all client facing projects with detailed direction and timelines for top tier accountsCreating long- and short-term implementation and project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlinesOrganized, detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, prioritize and respond quicklyTeam-focused attitude, and willingness to collaborate with peers, product management and other internal stakeholdersProactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to ensure engagement on a regular and effective basisWhat You Have:

At least 5 years of experience in Account Management and 2 years of management experienceUnderstanding of mortgage is strongly preferredPast experience in Enterprise Saas salesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong interest in learning about FintechAn entrepreneurial attitude with a strong desire to be an early and integral piece of a fast growing start-upAn eagerness, willingness and ability to learn about mortgage capital markets and Polly's software offeringsPassionate about customer support and about the role it plays in making a customer-centric team successfulHighly motivated, resilient and a tenacious passion for winningAbility to communicate technical problems in a elegant and tactful wayEmpathy, diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issuesWhy Join Polly?
