Job Description

We are growing and hiring an experienced Customer Service Specialist to help us stay informed on how our products are performing with clients. If you like the idea of product development, research, have people skills and want to help make interesting consumer products better, this is an excellent place to grow your career! The location is in Chino.

Responsibilities

• Receive phone calls from clients for helping them to solve problems

• Reach out to clients to collect feedback related to our products

• Relay findings to Product Development Team to foster improvement of products and services

• Build and maintain professional relationships between the company and clients

Requirements

• Customer service experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish or Chinese language proficiency a plus.

• Background in consumer products is a plus, and/or interest in e-bikes and/or outdoor gear such as solar panels

• Must know your way around a computer and typical business software

• Confident, professional decorum when interacting with clients on the phone and through email

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Compensation: $17.50 per hour
