The successful candidate will be assigned project work in Procurement, Transportation, Contract Management, and Supply Chain Management areas! This is an hourly position with housing provided for qualified candidates in Muscatine, Iowa.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with the development and continuous improvement project of supply and demand planning best practices, KPIs, procedures, and work instructionsDevelop AX work instructions and provide training as needed.Ensure optimum flow of materials and information through production drive improvement in the supply chainAssist supply chain team with the management of planning applications, including data validation, system maintenance, report generation and ad-hoc analysisAnalyze data, including enterprise requirements planning information (material, work order, work center, inventory, and forecast) and prepare consolidated managerial reports as needed to facilitate and recommend actions to improve plant/product line supply chain executionDrive continuous improvement projects to reduce waste and inefficiencies in production planning and materials utilization processesSupport and lead actions necessary to attain S&OP maturity, such as data collection, demand evaluation, fulfillment measurement, and integration assessment.Support Enterprise Services managers in working with all aspects of the Kent Supply Chain including procurement, supply chain, contract administration, enterprise resource planning and inventory managementDemonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to safety policies in all work environment and areasEDUCATION:

Working towards a degree in Supply Chain Management, related Business or Engineering DegreeEXPERIENCE:

A data-driven approach to problem solvingWord, Excel and Access skillsExcellent communication skills both oral and writtenStrong analytical skillsMust be able to analyze data and draw conclusions for follow-up reporting
