Position Summary : The Account Manager will be responsible for managing, growing and retaining a defined book of business by strengthening relationships with high value automotive and/or insurance accounts, including enterprise and strategic accounts, and expanding NSD's product penetration.

Duties and Responsibilities: Develop a thorough understanding of the clients' position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape Communicate with clients on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and respond to specific queries via email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings. Ability to identify discrepancies, problem-solve and take initiatives to correct using innovative ideas to meet client's needs. Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of contract updates and renewals. Analyze account-level data and research areas of opportunity; Forecast and track key account metrics and develop targeted growth and partnership strategies while providing actionable insights that align with best practices; Work closely with customers to develop strategies that improve their competitive positioning within the market. Responsible for working with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors; Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering trust through expert guidance. Organize, facilitate, and create content for business reviews with assigned accounts clearly communicating the progress of quarterly initiatives. Expertly facilitate the coordination of internal resources to resolve complex problems for assigned accounts. Develop a thorough understanding of NSD products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to account Communicate "voice of the customer" feedback to upper management and help drive strategic initiatives and program or process improvements. Acts as a subject matter expert in all customer experience internal processes. Perform competitive analysis to understand the positioning of our customers relative to their competitors. Deliver strategic recommendations based on a comprehensive understanding of both the competitive landscape and our own internal data, helping customers enhance their market position. Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure customer needs are met. Provide feedback based on customer interactions to help shape the development of new products and services. Offer ongoing training and support to customers, helping them understand how to leverage NSD's products and services to enhance their business operations. Ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed. Education and Work Experience:

Analytical Mindset:

Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights. Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies is preferred. Industry Knowledge:

Deep understanding of the Roadside Assistance or insurance industry. Ability to stay updated on industry trends and apply this knowledge to customer engagements. Curiosity & Continuous Learning:

Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner. Experience in customer-facing roles is essential. Excellent. Customer-Centric Approach:

A strong focus on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that enhance their business operations. Experience in account management or a similar role is preferred. Proficient computer skills:

must have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams. Working knowledge of Salesforce, JIRA. Power BI and Tableau a plus Ability to multi-task, follow up, and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, statistical science, math, marketing, or a related field. Minimum of five years of experience in account management, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably within the automotive, insurance or related industries. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Hours Required:

Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM as well as occasional nights/weekends for travel to client location and conferences.
