Now Hiring Physical Therapist Full-time or Part-time Outpatient Clinic and Home Visits Private Practice Nikao Performance and Rehab 2121 S. Mill Avenue, Suite 205 Tempe, AZ 85282 Overview: Due to growth, Nikao Performance and Rehab is now hiring a Physical Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position in Tempe, AZ. Full-time, 40 hours per week are available. Part-time candidates with a minimum of 15 hours of availability will also be considered. If the candidate prefers a mobile only (home visits) caseload, then a minimum of 6 sessions per week are required. The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills. Caseload / Patient Population: The Physical Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients of all ages for a general orthopedic caseload. Home visits are also included in the caseload. Bring your passion and specialty to join the winning team Support for the specialty area of the candidate hired is available. Full-time PTs complete their caseload split between the clinic and providing home visits, depending on need. Patient care is 1:1 and visits are booked every 40 minutes. Compensation and Benefits: The compensation for this full-time position will start in the ballpark of $80,000 per year with mileage reimbursement up to $500 a month ($6k/yr). There is a $500 retention bonus after 6 months of employment, and a $1000 bonus after 1 year of service. Nikao Performance and Rehab offers benefits including a health stipend, 2 weeks of PTO, 6 paid holidays, and $1500 per year for CEUs. Work Schedule: The clinic is open Monday-Friday: 9am-6pm. Home visits are available both during the week and weekends. Flexible scheduling is available. Job Requirements: Eligible for AZ state licensure as a Physical Therapist. 1 year of prior outpatient ortho experience is required. Dry Needling certification is preferred.
