Pay Range: $60 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:Assist in analyzing processes and identifying optimization, standardization, and automation opportunities.Partner closely with Business Analysts and external partners to implement automation solutionsAssist in producing Process Design Document (PDD) and Solution Design Document (SDD) as inputs to RPA developmentDesign, build, test, implement, maintain and support RPA solutions to automate processesAssist in the testing and validation of RPA solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are error-freeProvide support for RPA solutions in production, including troubleshooting and issue resolutionAssist in training end users on using RPA solutionsLearn and interact with different enterprise systems that are usedCollaborate with internal IT team (t4i) to set up and maintain RPA technical infrastructureStay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices pertaining to automation tools and continuously share knowledge with the team.Learn and become proficient in new automation industry tools as they are adopted by the team to expand our solution offerings.Collaborate with the Automation Center of Excellence (COE) to ensure alignment with best practices while delivering high-quality automation solutions.Collaborate effectively with a team to achieve project objectives and help foster a cohesive, collaborative team culture that delivers results and drives innovation.Knowledge of programming languages (Microsoft .NET framework preferred).Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath framework and Workato.Understanding of RPA development methodologies and COE model a plus.Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, ADP, iCIMS, etc.) preferred.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
Skills- Familiarity with RPA tools such as UiPath framework and Workato,Familiarity with HR systems (Workday, ADP, iCIMS, etc.) and Knowledge of programming languages (Microsoft .NET framework).Bachelor's degree required.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to map out and document complicated processes and identify opportunities for optimization.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment even during times of ambiguity.Solid time management skills, ability to prioritize assignments in a dynamic work environment.Advanced Excel level, proficient with all other Office applications a plus.Excellent interpersonal skills, positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new things.NET Programming Business Process Analysis RPA (UiPath - tool) preferred.Our client is a leading
