Job Description: Performance QA Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive performance testing strategies for React-based applications. Identify key performance metrics and establish benchmarks. Utilize JMeter or LoadRunner to design and execute performance tests. Analyze test results to identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Work closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance test results. Monitor application performance in production environments. Use performance monitoring tools to track and analyze application performance metrics. Document performance testing processes, test cases, and results. Maintain detailed records of performance issues and resolutions. Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools and methodologies. Continuously improve performance testing practices and tools. Required Skills: Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner. Strong understanding of React and its performance characteristics. Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
