With the advent of genomic sequencing, we can finally decode and process our genetic makeup. We now have more data than ever before but providers do not have the infrastructure or expertise to make sense of this data. We are on a mission to connect an entire ecosystem to redefine how genomic data is used in clinical settings. We are looking for a Product Launch Associate to join our rapidly growing Business Operations Team.

ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing high priority product launches for Tempus' business, including supporting presentations in executive meetings.Build strong and trusting relationships with key stakeholders involved in product launches. Be effective in collaborating with various levels within these teams, including leadership and C-level executives.Field requests from internal teams to our Product/Engineering teams ranging from user experience initiatives to technical requirements.Collaborate and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful attainment of product launch goals and objectives.Assist in KPI measurement of product launch success, including metrics such as launch timelines, product performance, and customer feedback.Demonstrate understanding of Tempus core products, workflows, and service offerings.Embrace, embody, and represent the Tempus company culture at all times to external and internal constituents.Manage project timelines and deliverables for cross-functional teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and project milestones are met.Demonstrate a customer-centric approach to product design, ensuring an optimal customer experience is integral to the development and launch process.Skills

Expertise in health care with emphasis on molecular diagnostics, genomics, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or oncology is preferred.Ability to prioritize and align organizational goals and objectives.Ability to develop and utilize cross-functional relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals and objectives.Ability to work independently, communicate proactively, manage multiple projects, and prioritize daily tasks while managing critical deadlines.Comfortable presenting to stakeholders at various levels, including executive level.Advanced written and oral communication skills.Proficient with all Microsoft Office products - particularly Excel and PowerPoint.Knowledge of Looker, SQL, and data analysis is a plus.Required Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in a Science or Business discipline; Advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD, or Healthcare certification) a plus.3+ years of experience in product launch, project management, consulting, or similar roles.
