As a

Director

on the Consumer Lifestyle team, you will lead some of our biggest and most exciting brands in the family care as well as alcohol spaces (we love a good juxtaposition!). You'll be responsible for the development and execution of successful client programs. You'll possess expert client relations skills, people and agency management skills, marketing savvy to sell in new projects and identify new business, lead presentations, and guide your brands to success. You'll also manage an amazing, passionate and talented team.

Who You AreA current Account Director (or equivalent title with 9+ years of experience in marketing/public relations)An integrated and passionate leader with experience owning and running a piece of businessCan lead omni-channel planning and workstreams including: earned media, influencer, social media, creative, experiential, research and paid, with knowledge of trade, on and off premise marketing.A client whisperer who doesn't just do what's asked by your clients but is a true partner, actively listening, guiding them by identifying and developing programs around their biz needs while establishing trust and collaboration between our team and theirsA strong brand strategist, who can delve into the client's business and target consumers to unearth insights that guide strategic recommendationsAn energetic and dynamic culture vulture - you know what's trending on TikTok and how that relates to your business' consumersAn excellent deck builder and storyteller, who knows how to communicate what client's care about and what they need to reach their objectives.A relationship builder with proven track record of strong client and IAT managementAn excellent communicator and presenter to clients, internal stakeholders, and new business prospectsAn experienced new biz builder including incremental growth + new businessA critical thinker who goes beyond the surface level, and has exceptional problem-resolution skills, including the ability to think creatively and outside the boxWhat You'll Do

Lead top beverage and family brands that activate in culture to brand owned momentsBe client relationship lead, and serve as a trusted voice and advisorDissect client business objectives/goals and craft strategies that achieve those goals in a disruptive fashionSee the future - ID the trends, people, brands that are relevant and complement the clients and work we doDevelop strategic recommendations and sell-in programmingManage a team and all workflow across the full account, including overseeing all programs and managing the budgeting and staffing of the businessManage integrated marketing strategy including both internal stakeholders, client stakeholders and integrated agency teamsStrengthen relations with and bring relevant tastemakers, brand partners and influencers in to the fold of brands on an programmatic and ad hoc basisReport on competitive brand and lifestyle trends to clients; demonstrate ability to be nimble and develop one-of-a-kind "ways in" for brands harnessing these trendsWhat You'll Bring

9+ years of marketing experience; experience with alcohol and CPG brands preferredSolid foundation in both public relations (inclusive of traditional media and digital) and general brand strategyExperience working within an IAT; ideal candidate would have led/driven a full IATProven ability to lead projects, communicate effectively, think strategically and build of-the-moment and future-forward collaborations that transcend cultureAbility to "roll with it" and be nimble when there are changes to pathways and needs to counsel on pivotsAbility to counsel and provide ongoing strategic POVsThe ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in consumer marketing specifically: public relations, large integrated programming, social strategy, and influencer marketing (paid and organic)Ability to command a room and get stakeholder buy-in from multiple channelsBachelor's DegreeAbility to travel and be in person with clients in their office, at events, and activations (this is required)What We'll Bring:

Our Flexible Work Policy:

We believe that our best work happens in a hybrid working environment. If you are in the NYC (or commutable surrounding distance) hub we want to see you in person 2 days a week. That could mean in our office, in our client's office, on the road with them or attending an industry event.
