ABOUT THE TEAM AND ROLE

As a Senior Corporate Account Manager, you play an important role in driving the business forward. In this highly competitive market, you'll constantly engage with prospective clients to fully grasp their climate needs and you'll craft tailor-made solutions to address their decarbonization targets. These strategic solutions will genuinely help your clients move forward towards a greener future. Your focus will be to build out our market presence and expertise in your target sectors (e.g, steel, cement, glass, chemicals, automotive, industrials etc.) In this role, you will build and manage a team of Corporate Account Managers, while offering mentorship and strategic guidance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategically assess and enhance companies' decarbonization strategies, creating or refining roadmapsCollaborate with senior product teams to align and orchestrate client solutions across various service lines (RECs, RNG, Consulting, Policy)Lead and mentor junior account managers, guiding them to expand the client base and refine existing portfoliosTailor solutions based on detailed analysis of clients' sustainability reports and industry needsElevate leads from junior sales, facilitating conversations with C-suite executives and decision-makersKEY REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of relevant consulting/sustainability work experienceCan deeply understand clients' climate/decarbonization needs and challenges and apply creative and logical approaches to identify and tailor solutions from our product portfolioDisplay outstanding interpersonal skills, excelling in collaborative efforts within dynamic team environments, while skillfully cultivating direct working relationshipsPossess strong organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to multi-taskBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or sector-related fields a plusCompensation and Benefits

STX intends on offering the selected candidate a competitive base salary within the range of $120,000-$180,000 based on a number of objective factors such as relevant experience, holistic skillset, and applicable licenses and certifications. The candidate may also be eligible for discretionary compensation as determined annually within the company fiscal year.
