We are seeking a Lead Sales Recruiter (LSR) to utilize diverse channels to recruit and deliver candidates that will align with our company values and thrive in our high performance sales environment. The LSR will promote our brand by networking, building relationships, and rapidly expanding our team by recruiting and selecting top-tier Real Estate agents. Once the LSR has identified top talent, they will conduct thorough screening interviews via phone and foster strong relationships with candidates and sales leaders to ensure an exceptional candidate selection experience. This role requires 100% on-site presence at our market center Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend and evening availability as needed. You'll work directly with our sales leaders to achieve hiring goals. This is not a technical recruiting position, and experience in the real estate, mortgage, or related industry is required. You will travel to our offices and attend Realtor and industry events, as well as career fairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Work full-time in the market center with the local team to grow and expand our brand and team size quickly.Source candidates through allied resources, online job boards, cold calling, and social media.Attend career fairs, real estate/ networking events weekly to promote our brand and attract top talent.Prepare, organize, and host Meet & Greets and other networking events at the market center to grow the team.Conduct 60-75 phone screenings per week to assess candidates' qualifications and fit.Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs.Meet and exceed challenging yet attainable hiring goals and track progress from application to offer acceptance.Over Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the recruitment process.Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to gather feedback and address concerns.Update and maintain applicant workflow in the company's CRM.Respond to all candidate inquiries and communication within 4 business hours.Qualifications:
Sales Recruiting Experience: 2+ years of recruiting high volume sales representatives/agents in real estate, mortgage, or similar industry.Knowledge of 1099 employmentDemonstrated interest in understanding the needs of hiring managers and candidatesProven ability to set and achieve hiring goals, from application to offer acceptancePassion for recruiting sales professionals and building high-performing teamsSolution-minded approach to problem-solving and decision-makingStrong communication skills with a focus on transparency and clarityExceptional follow-up skills with a keen attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentCompensation Structure:
