Certified Surgical First Assistant (CSFA)Start date: Pushed due to compliance requirements (about a 3-month process)**Compliance Requirements: Traveler must undergo credentialing cycle with facility (4 cycle meetings), and complete documents electronically via 3rd party email from Verity. There is a processing application with a fee (need to margin for this if not held by the candidate).Shift: 07:00-17:00 OR 11:00-21:00 based on needs of unit.
