Description

PureEdge Lighting is seeking a Product Information Coordinator to ensure that product and service information is accurately defined within our internal systems. This role involves producing and distributing documents related to pricing and product updates. We are looking for a candidate with proficient experience and knowledge to join our growing Product Information team. The candidate will assist with the data process and support company expansion. This role is responsible for manually managing data and providing internal teams and external customers with complete, consistent, and localized product information across various channels.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the accuracy and consistency of product data across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with the product management, marketing, and applications teams to ensure that all product information is up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Price List Creation and Distribution: Produce and maintain all price lists and related documents for internal and external distribution. Ensure correct prices are published for products across all distribution channels.Product Documentation Communication: Communicate changes and updates related to product documentation, such as technical sheets and installation guides, to relevant teams.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with product development and engineering to communicate necessary information updates to the marketing team.Internal Database Management: Utilize internal databases to efficiently update, monitor, and correct parts for application and specification materials.Component Communication: Communicate updated and new component introductions between engineering, purchasing, and marketing departments to ensure accurate and timely updates.Configuration Changes: After consulting with appropriate departments, communicate product configuration changes and data tables with updated or new data.Data Reconciliation: Cross-reference, maintain, and reconcile new data across all applicable product families, ensuring data consistency.Support for Category and Product Management: Assist with any data needs or requests from product management and marketing to support their operational goals.Data Distribution: Ensure consistent data distribution and delivery to both internal teams and external customers.Collaborative Data Review: Review data with engineering and purchasing teams for delivery to various channels, including marketing and applications teams.Master Data Content Management: Organize and maintain external master data management content.Multi-Format Source File Management: Manage multi-format source files to ensure consistency for single-target uses, especially where product specifications are critical.Requirements

Technical Skills: Proficient in data management systems and ERP systems; advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in product data management, content coordination, or a related role, preferably within the lighting or manufacturing industry, and with technical product data.Self-starter, organized, thorough, and with strong attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to coordinate a high level of activity under a variety of conditions and constraints.Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and keep up with the administrative requirements of the position.Must be mechanically inclined with a proven ability to work under pressure.Ability to review and analyze components.Excellent communication skills-written, verbal, and interpersonal.Ability to plan and manage in a fast-paced environment.Knows when and how to escalate issues for timely resolution.Benefits
