M Health Fairview is searching for a hardworking RN who is looking for an exciting career in our Intermediate Care Float Pool located at our Edina, Minnesota campus!About this Unit:
Are you seeking the opportunity to gain experience on multiple units? If so, then our Float Pool team is right for you! As an Intermediate Care Float Pool RN you will float to the Neuro unit, Cardiac Telemetry, Surgical and IMC units. In a less frequent capacity you may float to Orthopedic, Medical/Tele unit, Observation and Oncology. You will have additional opportunity to cross train more areas if needs dictate.The Registered Nurse is responsible for the assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for all assigned patient population(s). The RN is responsible for performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedures, professional practice guidelines and the MN Nurse Practice Act. The RN coordinates care with members of the health care team and delegates responsibilities to others as appropriate.We offer a generous benefits package including medical, dental, vision, vacation/sick time, pension, 403(b) plan, tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment program and more. The RN is responsible for performing these responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedures, professional practice guidelines and the MN Nurse Practice Act. The RN coordinates care with members of the health care team and delegates responsibilities to others as appropriate.Qualifications:Required Qualifications
MN RN LicenseBLS for Health Care ProvidersMinimum 6 months acute care RN experiencePreferred Qualifications
BSN or higher degree in nursing strongly preferredNeuro and cardiac care experienceExperience with electronic medical records (EPIC)Demonstrate the ability to work under stress in a variety of situations.Proficient in the English languageAttention to detailNIHSSACLS
