As a Senior Account Manager in Account Management, you'll have the chance to:

DeliveryCraft and present best in class insight reports that blend campaign performance and real business challenges, telling a story with our MiQ dataContribute to business growth by identifying incremental opportunities, growing accounts & strategizing new solutions on an ongoing basisAccomplishing tasks on time and to a high quality, managing different deadlines and prioritiesProject ManagementWork hand in hand with regional "pod" to ensure client demands are met and client's expectations are exceeded. This role is responsible for ensuring all client deliverables are best in class and delivered on timeStaying focused and contributing to projects. Organizing stakeholders and multiple milestonesInternal CollaborationCollaborate with internal teams across regions to encourage ongoing thought leadership & MiQ product diversificationFoster the growth and development of junior team members as they learn the skills needed to be a strong AM.Be a change agent for the National AM team working on key initiatives that impact the larger MiQ team.Working with internal stakeholders, building relationships and working across differences to find solutionsCommunicationCrisp and clear communication to external partners/clients or internal stakeholders; flexing communication style to persuade others and influence positive outcomesProactively seeking opportunities to go above and beyond for clientsInnovationStrategize within AM department and sellers in pre and post sale periods to grow and develop existing client business and win net new businessActing with curiosity. Finds new and better ways of working, then applies or implements solutions to unarticulated needs, new or existing market requirements. Open to receiving and trying new ideas, processes or ways of working.What you'll bring

Minimum 4-6 years of advertising technology and/or media planning experienceExperience with Programmatic Advertising is highly preferred.Proficient in Google Campaign Manager, Sizmek MDX, Salesforce, and Atlassian (JIRA).Adept understanding of the advertising industry, and a curiosity of what the future holdsSound understanding of the digital programmatic ecosystem and the vendor-agency-advertiser dynamicCompetitive 'winning' mentalityExperience working with Tier 1 agency and client direct clientele.Commercial experience - clear evidence of servicing advertisers to a high standard and growing business from "one-time deals" to strategic partnerships measured through revenue and/or business line growthProven ability to improve internal processes and share knowledge across internal/external stakeholdersInvolvement in a high energy work environment with ability to deliver on tight deadlinesA+ presentation skills with the ability to turn data points into a compelling media story.Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal/external team membersAbility to take abstract ideas and translate them into actionable solutionsWe've highlighted some key skills, experience and requirements for this role. Pay Transparency For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, MiQ is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to New York and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At MiQ, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is

$90,000- $105,000.

This range may vary for positions outside of New York as it has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location where the position may be filled and does not take into account our bonus and commission structures.
