Responsibilities:As an IT Service Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the delivery of high-quality IT services, ensuring that service level agreements and customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.2. Implementing and managing the ITIL service management framework, driving continual service improvement initiatives across the organization.3. Managing the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that it is effectively utilized to support our IT service management processes.4. Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to understand their IT service needs and implement solutions that meet these needs.5. Leading incident and problem management processes, ensuring that issues are quickly resolved and that root cause analysis is conducted to prevent recurrence.6. Developing and managing the IT service catalog, ensuring that it accurately reflects the services we offer and that it is easy for our customers to use.7. Implementing robust change management processes, ensuring that changes are effectively managed to minimize disruption to our customers.8. Managing the IT service management team, providing leadership and guidance, and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management, with a strong focus on the ITIL framework.2. ITIL Managing Professional (MP) Certification.3. Proven experience with ServiceNow, including implementation, management, and customization.4. Experience in the Entertainment industry, with a deep understanding of the unique IT service needs of this industry.5. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team.6. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders.7. Strong problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to resolve complex IT issues quickly and effectively.8. A customer-focused approach, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
