MDs (including a Nocturnist) and CRNAs interested in continuing the tradition of exceptional quality and patient care will be joining a team that has an exemplary quality track record that spans decades. Beverly Hospital is part of Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH) which is comprised of 4 prestigious academic medical centers and several top tier community hospitals in the metro Boston/Eastern Massachusetts area. Beverly hospital is a 221-bed community hospital that has achieved the title of "Truven Top 100 Hospitals" 7 times. It is one of only 40 hospitals nationwide to have achieved "A" grades for patient safety and patient outcomes since Leapfrog's inception in 2012.The Anesthesia team is currently comprised of 10 full time MDs and 4 part timers, as well as 16 CRNAs. Call is shared equally among the MDS. Weekday first call shifts are only 13 hours with pre and post call days off. The team provides regional and OB anesthesia services. It does not provide cardiac, neuro, pain or critical care services.Beverly is a family friendly seacoast community offering excellent public and private schools, reasonable housing costs, and a host of social, cultural and recreational amenities.
