The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing contracts related to maintenance, construction, painting, repairs, and demolitions, particularly within the framework of ROP and DIR (Department of Industrial Relations) contracts.Top Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients and responding to inquiries in a timely manner.Manage contracts in compliance with ROP and DIR regulations, with HUD knowledge being a strong plus.Utilize SharePoint, Cobblestone, and Yardi software to effectively handle contract documentation and streamline processes.Key Qualifications:Proven experience with ROP and DIR contracts, including navigating government contract regulations.Strong contract management skills, particularly in construction and maintenance.Excellent writing and communication skills for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts.Familiarity with HUD, SharePoint, Cobblestone, and Yardi software.Interested?
