Emphasis is on performing skills for a patient who is hemodynamically unstable or who requires specialized nursing care and monitoring equipment. The Registered Nurse is responsible for total care of their assigned patient(s) for the entire shift. Required Qualifications:Current California license and BLSACLS certification (or completion within 30 days of hire)Completion of a Critical Care/pharmacology class (proof of course may be based on years of past experience in the Critical Care Setting)Completion of a basic dysrhythmia course (proof of course may be based on years of past experience in the Critical Care setting)Completion of a basic hemodynamic monitoring course (proof of course may be based on years of past experience in the Critical Care setting)Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned dutiesMust demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the jobExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishAbility to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workloadAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System
