The Executive Marketing Assistant will provide marketing and administrative support to an Executive/Owner, by creating content, assisting in executing the creative goals of the company, and serving as the first point of contact for marketing projects. The creative team member we are looking for is a big thinker, business savvy, professional, effectively handles a variety of tasks while being detail-oriented, troubleshoots quickly, follows creative direction, and works independently and jointly in a fast-paced environment to advance initiatives.This position is not affiliated with Martin Managerment Group.$25.00-$35.00 per hourRESPONSIBILITIES:Proactively contribute content ideas to accelerate brand exposure and increase consumers/super fansProvide high-level administrative support to the Executive/Owner while executing a multi-company strategy to support creative workflow and goalsManage multiple content and event calendarsMonitor and update websitesCreate scheduled social media posts and email campaignsCoordinate events and manage vendor/freelancer relationshipsMonitor brand and content performance and create reports using analytics toolsSource relevant opportunities to advance the clients brandEnsure clients brand and image are displayed and represented in accordance with their standards guideStay up-to-date on current trends and introduce new media technologies and marketing platformsSource technical support to maintain equipment and archive filesCatalog photographs and videosReview all media file and curate release schedulesSource and vet third-party production, creative, and beauty talentReview and critique all first editsProduce BTS contentMonitor and manage brand reputationCompose, edit, and proofread correspondence and distribute to businesspartners, third party vendors and client distribution listsEnsure deliverables are being met in accordance with vendor contracts and on-timeResolve conflict or complaints quickly and professionally, minimizing the need to escalate.Any other duties assigned by the Executive/OwnerRequirementsBachelor’s Degree and/or 3 years of experience as a marketing assistant or coordinator with experience in content creation, content calendar management, and vendor relationsProficient in showcasing individual creativityConfidence to serve as the first point of contact for marketing initiativesStrong video curation skillsSuperior client/customer service skillsHeartily exhibits discretion and maintains confidentiality of executive-level dataAccuracy and attention to detail, learns new skills quicklyExcellent planning and organization skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively receiving instructions from multiple peopleNavigate a fast-paced work environment driving positive results, exhibiting good judgment and troubleshooting skills.ADDITIONAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:Story creationLight PhotographyLight Videography/EditingGraphic Design and/or CanvaMS Office and Google SuiteProject Management and/or Social Media Scheduling SoftwareAdobe SuiteWORK ENVIRONMENT:This is a hybrid position requiring remote and onsite work.
