POSITION SUMMARY:Blue Acorn iCi is looking for a detailed-oriented AEM Senior QA Tester to join our delivery team. The Quality Assurance Tester works within software development and consulting teams that focus on the development and use of content management systems. The systems that will be concentrated on are those that support the marketing activities of Blue Acorn iCi's enterprise clients, allowing for creation of highly customized digital experiences across multiple channels including web, social, mobile, etc. This role will be responsible for designing and supporting the execution of quality assurance and testing plans for the project team(s) they are a part of.Responsibilities:Collaborate with product management, marketing, and fellow technologists to test and deliver frictionless multi-channel experiencesDevelop and implement comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for AEM projectsConduct functional, regression, and integration testing of AEM sites/assets functionality and workflows.Perform validation of content authoring features asset management and schemas / metadataEnsure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility of AEM-driven web applications.Define and identify automation scenarios from the set of test cases or user stories during sprintsDevelop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for websites using Core Java, Selenium, and TestNGDocument and track defects using issue tracking systems, such as JIRA, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to AEM and QA methodologiesEmploy industry best practices to deliver world-class solutions. Ensure developed solutions remain compliant with all applicable Prudential standardsEnsure that software standards and quality targets are metRequirement:7+ years of experience working in corporate environment as QE Engineer3+ years' experience in Test Automation Framework development and implementation including but not limited to Selenium, Maven, TestNG, Cucumber, BDD2+ years' testing experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its core components, including Sites, Assets, Content and Experience Fragments, and Forms.Experience testing and automating APIs using REST AssuredExperience in testing end-to-end implementations of AEM 6.5 or later, AEM as a cloud service experience preferredProficient in using one of the IDEs like Eclipse, IntelliJ, or Microsoft Visual StudioExperience with agile development methodologies and TDDKnowledge of DevOps tools such as Artifactory, SonarQube, Selenium, Jenkins is highly desirableCertification in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or related areas is a plus.The US average base salary range for this full-time contract position is $55 - $75/hour.
