Sr Business Application Manager

Pay Grade:
$115k -$143k, depending on experience.
This role requires you to be onsite.
The Sr. Manager, Business Applications is responsible for the application team relied upon by the business to define, plan, design, and implement business solutions. Manage the BI, CRM and Supply Locations ERP development team across the MITER Brands. Key areas of responsibilities include working closely with location leadership, product managers, business analysts and subject matter experts to provide estimates to create application solutions that meet business requirements.
Essential Functions:
Provide coaching, guidance, and training to development team members in order to improve quality and productivity.Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity; Set and enforce project deadlines and schedules.Architect creative business and technical designs to solve complex business problems.Run the Business Intelligence Steering Committee working with key stakeholders!Coordinate and work with data and analytics team in implementing the BI vision and projects.Coordinate and work with digital team in implementing the CRM vision and projects.Lead customization, integration and support of the Tori and peripheral systems supporting supply locations to accommodate business processes.Effectively communicate and gain business buy in for proposed technical solutions.Manage active business relationship with application software providers.Hiring, managing, and inspiring a global team that can make significant contributions toward improving the profitability of the organization.Make critical and timely decisions to maintain 24*7 uptime of key business applications and manufacturing operations.Design technical solutions across various application platforms to meet business, compliance, and vendor requirements.Lead the enterprise ERP, BI and CRM architecture discussions.QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
