What We Need

We are a dynamic and rapidly growing organization in search of

Business Development Representatives . They are responsible for sourcing and developing opportunities to create pipeline in the commercial, enterprise, government and channel space. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to strategize on campaigns, initiatives and goals in an effort to add business in the mid-market and up space. This is a new and very important role that the organization feels is important to attaining our annual growth objectives. Success on this team will be noticed and rewarded as well as offer advancement opportunities.

What You'll Do

Aggressively follow-up on existing leads within our current database

Create demand through prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns in an effort to target high value target accounts.

Use technology stack to dial leads, send, and receive emails to move leads through the contact strategy

Attend role specific and company training programs

Input all prospect/sales/client data into Salesforce (or appropriate data base)

Develop relationships with sales team in regard to leads and customer experience

Ability to multi task, stay on track prospecting yet be flexible to handle incoming calls and emails.

Ability to strive towards, achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas

Requirements

Internal motivation to excel in calling environment

Ability to connect with people and build instant rapport with customers and sales reps

Multi-task between multiple systems (live chat, sales line, and personal computer)

Tech Savvy (Dialer, Marketing Automation, and CRM)

ZoomInfo experience a bonus.

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

Detail oriented, ensuring accurate notes and updates on all records worked.

Fast learner who can take coaching and implement to continually improve
