Schedule: 7a-3p.Cases: Ortho, General B+B. Rare Peds. OB negotiable. No Neuro/Heads.Supervision: 2-3: 1, opportunity for own cases, but not mandatory.Minimal OT.Must be able to Supervise CRNA s.Call - Negotiable, but preferred.12 Rooms.EPIC, including intra-op.Credentialing: 3 months.$500 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.$Competitive Rate weeknight call Premium if called in, Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day Premium When Called In.$Competitive Hourly pay + housing + car rental & gas + mileage (driving own car only) + parking + tolls + baggage fees + A rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.Please send resume to and call/text Tyler at .
