is looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role.

Schedule:

Shifts will be a combination of evenings on the weekdays 4:00pm to 8:00pm and 9:00am - 6:00pmWhat are the day-to-day responsibilities?Answer phones (using a script) and direct customers to the correct personnelEnsuring that all calls presented are answered promptly and professionallyFollowing the guidelines on all inbound and outbound callsAbility to work well under pressureAcquiring a complete knowledge of product information related to the makes and models of the DealershipDeveloping proficiency with all features of the dealership softwareEnsuring that all information entered in the software is consistent and accurate, 100% logging of all contact made with customerAssists management with reminders and planning of birthday and anniversary recognition activitiesMaintains and orders all office suppliesSubmits incentive money requests to Kia’s website DAILY for any eligible vehicles that sold the previous day (this is referred to as “RDR’ing deals”). Then meets with GM daily to provide a rundown and reconciles these sales weekly to ensure nothing is missed.Handles invoicing for general dealership services (i.e. paint or repairs around the office, cleaning service, etc.)Performs specific month end tasks as directed (prepares reports or submits information in specialized websites/platforms)Prepares basic reports for Used Car CPOsAssists with other special tasks or duties as assignedWhat are the requirements for this job?Excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and in writing.Ability to interact with customers with professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy.Knowledge of appropriate telephone etiquette.Ability to listen and answer customer questions on the phone and in person.Ability to properly document customer concerns.Ability to work with and quickly resolve customer complaints.Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Computer knowledge required.Compensation: $16.00 per hour - $19.00 per hourBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceEmployee assistance programEmployee discountFlexible spending accountHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offReferral programVision insuranceWe are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
