Location:

We have offices in New York, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, and Gurgaon, India. This position is US East Coast based; you can work from home but need to be able to travel to NYC for regular meetings.

About the role:

As the Licensing Sales Manager, Jukin Licensing, you are an aggressive sales hunter with experience in breaking new business and maximizing revenue from existing clients. You are also passionate about and committed to providing the best customer service possible, with the goal of treating every one of our clients with white glove service during every interaction.

Salary:

$100,000 Base with a $30,000 Sales Incentive (total compensation $130,000)

About you:

You are a highly organized sales and client services professional with an innovative mindset that drives results and creative, outside-of-the-box solutions. You are an independent self-starter sales hunter who is proactive, organized and owns your targets. You have demonstrated success partnering with sales operations, legal, marketing, and other business departments to increase sales velocity and close deals efficiently. You have a deep commitment to learning the processes of the content licensing industry and a willingness to “get into the weeds” of our business processes.

Develop relationships with business leaders to understand their unique company challenges and provide tailored and innovative solutionsDrive high conversion rates from inbound and outbound leads by understanding customer content needsIdentify high-potential entertainment companies and develop relationships with key decision makers through cold outreachCoordinate the involvement of key internal departments to drive agreements to closure and secure renewalsClosely collaborate with the Account Management team in their support of our sales processesYou have:

1+ years experience using sales techniques within a media or entertainment companyLicensing sales experience a plus (this is a junior sales position)Demonstrated track record in working towards and exceeding sales goalsInnovative mindset that drives results and creative, outside-of-the-box solutions by leveraging data insightsAn understanding of the media and creative industries and a mindset that recognizes the demands of these industries and an understanding of their creative processes and outputDemonstrated success partnering with sales operations, legal, marketing and other business departments to increase sales velocity and close deals efficientlyKnowledge of cold-calling/email, cross-selling and up-selling techniquesAbout this team:
