Day (8 :30 AM- 5 PM)Job Description:Provide a variety of basic/general clerical duties that do not require special knowledge or skills.Duties include stuffing, collating, affixing labels, opening and addressing mail, sorting mail, filing, copying, faxing, and shredding. The ability to follow oral and written instructions is expected.
Required Qualification:High School Diploma/GED: Completion of high school or GED. Must be able to prove completion if necessary.Keyboarding (35 wpm): Completing online forms, alphanumeric data entry with option to complete short sentence structure documents.
Computer Software Skills:Basic knowledge and familiarity with word processor programs (MS Word, WordPerfect, or other as approved by the User Agency), spreadsheet programs (Excel, Lotus, Quattro Pro, or other as approved by the User Agency), database software (MS Access, or other as approved by the User Agency), and email software programs.General computer know-how, with ability to research via the Internet. The User Agency will specify at time of order what specific software programs will be used by the temporary worker on the assignment.
