REGISTERED NURSEJob SummaryThe RN is responsible for providing direct patient care based on the nursing process within assigned work periods. They function as a member of a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes consistent with the comprehensive plan of care. The RN participates in activities to achieve clinical, financial and organizational outcomes.Minimum Education Requirements: Associate degree from an accredited school of nursing; BSN strongly preferred.Minimum Experience: For specialty areas, related experience and additional qualifications may be required.Other skills and abilities: Knowledge of nursing process, social, behavioral and biological sciences normally acquired via approved nursing program. Able to provide age and culturally specific care to the population served.
