Job Description:The Lead Service Specialist assists the Manager in leading the workflow of the Service Specialists. Will accurately communicate with client staff and Epiq team members regarding commitments, deadlines and challenges.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Work independently on assignments, often without direct supervisionEnsure all projects have been properly completed and quality checkedWork to resolve work issues or complaintsAssist management with training new hires on all processesHospitality Services

includes coordinator and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens. Inspect and ensure that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use. Organize and distribute client kitchen supplies. Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed.Reception

includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, will greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional mannerFloor Coordination

includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenanceFacilities Services

may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concerns.Copy Services

includes accurately producing copy, print and scan projects per written instructionsMail Services

includes metering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per scheduleQualifications & Requirements

High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 2 years work experience in a reception and/or hospitality field.Mail, copy, print and scanning production experience is preferred.Ability to lead others in a professional mannerStrong written and verbal communication skills with ability to resolve complaintsAbility to multitask with attention to detailWorking knowledge of MS Word, Excel and OutlookAbility to lift or move 40 lbs. or greaterAbility to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

The Compensation range for this role is 21.23 to 24.50 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
