Qualifications:5-10 years' experience as a Superintendent preferrably with experience in high-end custom homesProven track record managing $2-$5 million residential projects.Technical Knowledge -understanding stages of construction/trades etcStrong knowledge of construction materials and processes.Experienced with procurement and working in the field.Excellent in communication, organization, and being a great communicatorProficiency in construction management software.Compensation/Benefits
