POSITION SUMMARY
The Business Strategy Manager is responsible for achieving fee sale goals of the team charged with developing, identifying, qualifying, and pursuing client opportunities for Barton Malow Builders.

Greater Orlando and Targeted opportunities
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIESManages pursuit teams including office leadership, operations, planning, and marketingLeads both the internal team and prospect through the pursuit processSets and leads the pursuit directionCreates and maintains momentum during the pursuit processControls the sales process from beginning to endDevelops and manages capture plans for pursuitsImplements key initiatives and goals for Business Strategy teamSupports national market strategy leaders in Higher Education, Healthcare and SportsDrives investigation, market research and preparation of reports and presentationsCreates plans aligned with marketing to gain market exposure with strategic clientsDevelopment of 3 year office business model / plan salesExecution of business model / plan salesREQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in related fieldMinimum of six years' experience in CRE and/or AECDemonstrated experience with business development and sales strategy executionProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM opportunity tracking softwareEXPECTATIONS
