Overview:
Under general supervision, this role conducts research and reviews potential grants and funding opportunities to support departmental needs and programs. Works with department leads to gather components such as narrative and budget, needed to match grant goals and work with internal Enterprise departments.Responsibilities:Ensures reporting is completed as required, oversees progress towards grant funded projects, and close out grants by deadlines.Oversees the implementation of successful grants, progress, reporting, and closing by required deadlines.Looks for new grants and funding opportunities that could support departmental needs and programs.Works with other Enterprise departments to acquire components needed for grant submission and reporting.Upholds a work environment that promotes teamwork, partnership, recognition, mutual respect, collaboration, while role modeling the company values, behaviors, and culture of One.Team.Chumash.Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED certificate.Two years of office and administrative experience required.One year of grant management experience preferred.Knowledge of general business practices, including budgeting, accounting and forecasting.Ability to foster teamwork and develop and mentor others in a culturally diverse environment.Intermediate computer proficiency utilizing Microsoft applications, email, and Internet.Native American hiring preference applies.Quality Orientation:

Minimum Pay Rate:$22.33 per hour
Maximum Pay Rate:$26.27 per hour
