The Director of Partnerships is a strategic leader responsible for the full spectrum of relationships with all B2B partnerships. This role ensures that all partnerships are in good standing, support Aline's growth initiatives, and contribute to our marketplace's improvement and expansion.

Essential Functions:

Partnership Strategy and Management :Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy that aligns with Aline's business objectives and growth initiatives.Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partners to enhance our marketplace and drive revenue growth.Maintain and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring ongoing alignment with Aline's goals.Contract Negotiation and Compliance :Lead negotiations for new partnerships and renegotiate existing contracts to optimize terms and ensure mutual benefit.Ensure all partnerships comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.Performance Monitoring and Reporting :Establish metrics and KPIs to assess the performance and impact of partnerships on Aline's business.Regularly review and analyze partnership performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.Prepare and present reports on partnership status and outcomes to executive management.Collaboration and Cross-functional Coordination :Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.Facilitate communication and collaboration between partners and internal stakeholders to address any issues or opportunities.Market and Industry Analysis :Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for partnerships.Conduct regular market analysis to ensure Aline remains at the forefront of industry advancements and maintains a competitive edge.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Seven (7) or more years of years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related role, with a proven track record of increasing responsibility and managing and growing B2B partnerships.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Excellent analytical and technical skills with the ability to implement an API portal and convey specific technical requirements to B2B partners.Strategic mindset including demonstrated ability to take ideas and turn them into action plans, all the way through the execution of the plans.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment , manage multiple priorities, navigate conflict and identify problems.Experience in the SaaS or Senior Housing sector is highly desirable.Other details
