ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development:

Negotiating and closing deals with new Home & Kitchen brands.Strategic Partnerships:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with top Home & Kitchen brands, ensuring Flip Shop is their preferred partner.Industry Insight:

Leverage your extensive network to bring exclusive deals and partnerships to Flip Shop, enhancing our Home & Kitchen category offering.Market Expansion:

Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth within the Home & Kitchen sector, staying ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences.Brand Champion:

Serve as the face of Flip Shop's Home & Kitchen category, representing our brand at industry events, conferences, and in media.Requirements

Industry Expertise:

Proven experience working with and on-boarding leading Home & Kitchen brands.Network:

An extensive network within the Home & Kitchen industry, knowing key players across major brands.Hunter:

You have a hunter's mindset, love to outperform yesterday's numbers and are fueled by growth.Strategic Vision:

Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision, driving growth and market penetration.Results-Driven:

$120,000 - $150,000 a year

Base salary and total compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Please note the base salary is just one component of the company's total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include equity, bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and other progressive benefits.
