This team prefers candidates able to work hybrid from our Dearborn, MI office.

Responsibilities

Maintain a deep understanding of new and existing regulations that may impact Ford's products and processes, including, but not limited to, UNECE R155.Refine process and coordinate collection of cybersecurity artifacts into data packages in support of vehicle level type approvals.Using that understanding to standardize all business operations and establish clear, documented protocols.Explaining regulations, procedures, and policies to all employees, program teams, etc. as necessary.Know and Understand ISO/SAE automotive standards for Cybersecurity.Have the ability to review technical documentation to assess compliance, such as, TARAs and Validation and Verification documents.Have the ability to perform internal TARAs.Ensure security is built into the design upfront.Maintaining data and files for future reference, particularly in the event of an audit by a regulatory agency.Implement internal audits of products and protocols to identify areas of weakness and putting in place corrective measures.Regularly reporting on compliance status and measures to both internal and external parties, as necessary.Act as the SME for regulatory cybersecurity compliance at Ford.Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or Cybersecurity1+ years of Regulation Experience2+ years of Embedded Cyber security experienceOur preferred requirements:1+ years of experience Regulation Experience2+ years of experience in Embedded Systems and/or Project managementProficient in agile product management framework.Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills and an ability to work in a collaborative team setting.Comfortable working in a fast-paced and innovative environment where problems are not always well-defined.Experience advocating and driving adoption of industry standard methodologies.Project management skills, including identifying and scheduling process steps, determining resources and staff required to successfully complete research projects.Know and understand JIRA, JAMA and VSEM.You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!

6-8 .
