5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with experience in infrastructure, software, or construction projects.Strong experience in gathering and documenting functional, technical, and business requirements.Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, including technical staff, project managers, and external vendors.Experience reviewing and updating process documentation or playbooks.Proficiency in Microsoft tools, Visio, including Teams, SharePoint, Word, etc.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will gather and analyze functional, technical, and business requirements across infrastructure, software, and construction projects. This role involves working closely with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured, documented, and implemented. The Business Analyst will also be responsible for reviewing and updating playbooks as necessary, ensuring compliance with internal standards. Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including SharePoint, is required.
