Must-Have Skills:Tosca Automation:
3-4 years of hands-on experience with Tosca automation tool/framework.Test Management:
2+ years of experience with test management tools like qTest, Octane, or Rally.Data Skills:
Proven track record in strong data skills and experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.Test Case Alignment:
Ability to ensure alignment and sign-off for test cases from business and other stakeholders.Test Automation Execution:
Experience managing test automation execution and addressing any resulting issues.Functional Testing:
Strong functional testing skills, preferably with experience in the financial, banking, or credit risk management domain.Database:
2+ years of experience with RDBMS databases like SQL Server, Oracle, or Exadata.Quality Engineering:
Experience defining and executing test automation approaches, quality engineering methodologies, processes, and tools to drive test-driven development.Responsibilities:
Test Strategy & Processes:
Establish and continuously improve the test and automation strategy and processes for the team.Testing Mindset:
Foster "testing mindset " within the team, ensuring the delivery of complex software requirements.Test Automation:
Create and optimize test automation frameworks and implement test automation tools.Test Planning & Execution:
Lead test planning for complex features and optimize test suites using risk-based testing.Test Data Management:
Generate and manage test data, ensuring compliance with data requirements and handling sensitive data.Defect Management:
Participate in issue/defect triage, assisting with resolution and escalation.Traceability:
Create and maintain traceability, linking tests to requirements throughout the development lifecycle.Testing & Deployment:
Use testing tools and processes to complete testing in various environments and support code promotion to higher environments.Additional Qualifications:
