Overview

Our baseline requirements are simple:You are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial EngineeringYour cumulative GPA is at least 3.20You have broad interests in engineering design and developmentLutron is a team-oriented environment, and you will work within these teams to look at broad issues and identify root causes, not just quick fixes. You must have a willingness to ask tough questions, seek out new resources and work hard to find the best solution.
