We offer operational flexibility and an attractive revenue split for financial advisors based on client fees, empowering them to build their business as they see fit, with ongoing support from the management and investment team.

• Provide financial planning support to clients
• Support investment professionals to cultivate client relationships
• Prepare financial plans and cross checking work to ensure complete accuracy of information
• Actively grow network and engage new clients

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• 4+ years' of industry experience
• Strong understanding of the investment business
• Experience building a book of business or supporting a book of business
• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Competitive base salary + revenue split on client fees
