Job Title: Receiving Inspector Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking a supervisor for the quality control department. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of basic shop mathematics, basic statistics, and analytics. They must possess basic blueprint reading skills and experience using MRP/MRB database systems. Excellent documentation, communication skills, and the ability to translate technical information to all levels of the organization are essential.This role requires strong problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills. The candidate must have an extensive understanding of processes and resources used in assigned work, strong communication skills, and the ability to influence change. Attention to detail, the ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment are crucial. The candidate must be able to work in a team environment, including frequent inter-organizational contacts, and represent the organization in providing solutions to difficult technical issues associated with specific projects.
