Assess front-to-back business processes with a view to optimizing and creating transformational opportunities.
Develop a full range of viable opportunity levers and support the business in implementing agreed solutions to achieve agreed benefits.
Implement new cross-functional processes, operating models and/or digital solutions with UBS functions.
Develop training and communication plans and deliver solution training to business users.
Facilitate workshops for process mapping and problem solving with business stakeholders.
Maintain and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
Partner with internal clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
Develop control frameworks to mitigate risk in business processes.

Your expertise
Education & Experience Requirement
This position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Psychology, International Business Law, Project Management, Finance, IT, Accounting, Business Management, or related field of study plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered or as a Senior Consultant, Project Officer, or related occupation.
Position requires experience with the following:
process engineering and transformation
process change management including creating procedures and delivering training
regulatory risk management
operational risk management
wealth management
project management
Alteryx or Tableau
Organization change management including setting up offshore teams and setting up new bank entities
middle office operations
human resources
