Overview:Reporting to the Treasurer, the Director of Treasury will lead the development and execution of the Company's capital structure, capital deployment strategies, financial risk management program, and international funding and repatriation plans. The Director of Treasury will also manage the cash flow forecasting process and support treasury operations related activities.Responsibilities:Develop and analyze the company’s cash flow and liquidity position, ensuring that the capital structure is appropriate to fund the company’s business plan (including acquisitions) and achieve an optimal level of overall cost of capital.Oversee capital markets and funding activities.Develop strategy and execution of capital markets transactions, including bond issuance and redemption and bank funding; continually monitor capital markets and work with investment banks to identify opportunities to optimize capital structure.Develop and execute capital deployment strategies of the company, including managing share repurchase programs.Manage risk positions, including interest rate and FX exposures, and recommend appropriate hedging strategies. Supervise all processes in hedging activities, including exposure forecasting, hedge execution, and reporting activities. Investigate opportunities to expand risk management scope.Develop and execute funding and cash repatriation strategies for overseas subsidiaries. Recommend tax-efficient strategies that optimize the use of trapped capital overseas. Recommend hedging strategies and monitor currency hedges for intercompany loans or dividends.Support activities related to treasury operations.Develop and maintain relationships with rating agencies.Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners.Develop Treasury personnel.Qualifications:Required Work Experience:Minimum of 8+ years of total experience of progressively increasing responsibility and/or regular promotion in a publicly traded company.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field required.Experience in capital markets, financial risk management, financing, capital deployment development and execution, and treasury operations.Knowledge:Solid understanding of key finance and accounting concepts.Knowledge of treasury management systems (e.g., GTreasury), Bloomberg, Essbase, Peoplesoft, and Hyperion is preferred.Skills:Broad finance skill with relevant treasury experience.Proven track record of recruiting, developing, and promoting talent.Demonstrated versatility as a finance professional.People Leader Responsibility:Supervise 1-2 people.EDUCATION:Bachelor’s Degree (Required)Master's Degree (Preferred)EEO:Equal Opportunity Employer: Race/Color/Sex/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity/Religion/National Origin/Disability/Vets
