The position oversees the day-to-day operations of athletics facilities, athletics fields and grounds, building renovations, athletics event management, and related budgets as well as support of capital projects. Oversight of all Division I intercollegiate athletic events as well as external athletic related events and event management.Qualifications:Required Qualifications:1-3 years Related experienceDemonstrated expertise in overseeing athletic events and external events, including planning, coordination, and execution.Proven experience in managing day-to-day operations of athletic facilities, fields, and grounds.Commitment to ensuring all activities and operations are performed in strict compliance with relevant regulations and policies.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/trainingExperience overseeing Division I intercollegiate athletic events is highly desirable.7-9 years Related experience preferredSpecial Conditions of Employment:Some nights and weekends required per sports home game schedules.Mandated reporting requirements of Child AbuseSatisfactory criminal history background checkJob Functions and Percentages of Time:60% Event Management - Responsible for development/implementation of a sound event management plan for all intercollegiate athletic events.35% Facility Management - Develop long range plans for facility maintenance and renovation.5% Other / General - Represent ICA at monthly Major Event Meetings.UC Vaccination Programs Policy:
